Adrienne King Says No Cameo In ‘Scream 4′

Back in April, a little rumor was put out there by Bloody Disgusting that Adrienne King may have a cameo in the upcoming film Scream 4. When she was asked about the possibility at that time, she answered with the following:

“I’ve always wanted to work with Wes… as a matter of fact… I would die to work with Wes!”

Since then, there has been no word about a supposed cameo in the film. Adrienne at one point was also rumored to cameo in the 2024 reboot of Friday the 13th. That never did take place and now we finally have an answer to an Adrienne’s cameo taking place in Scream 4.

The first Final Girl was recently interviewed by www.oregonlive.com about her role in the 1980 hit Friday the 13th as well as her Crystal Lake Wine. During the interview, it was mentioned that Adrienne has been linked to cameos in Friday the 13th and Scream. In the article, it is stated that Adrienne never saw a script for the newest Friday the 13th and she failed to connect to Wes Craven for Scream 4.:

“Wes and Sean (Cunningham, the director of “Friday the 13th”) worked together on a lot of things,” she says. “So maybe ‘Scream 5,’ but not “4.’”

Perhaps she will get her shot in Scream 5 or the inevitable Friday the 13th sequel. Only time will tell!

  1. Thats a shame, I was looking forward to seeing Her cameo.

  2. She’s got better things to do than be in Scream 4 anyway. Like count pennies. Watch grass grow.

  3. I know this is off topic but is the old guy in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkpqSmq35To bob larkin (martin the caretaker from part 6) he shows up around 12 sec in.

  4. Good spotting! That is indeed Bob Larkin.

“Does he think I’m a farthead?!”
