It would be nice to be able to adjust the amount of posts per page. Its mostly because I'm too lazy to click on the next page.

I don't think I'm being clear. I want to be able to adjust the amount of posts that are on a page. Currently the amount is ten; I would like to have more so I won't have click next page as much. I don't know if this makes it any more clear.
