Biography: Not much biographical information is known about Frank Carrisosa, or Frank X. Perez as he is often credited. He worked on the movie The Sword and the Sorcerer with Allan Apone and Doug White, which landed all three of them the job of creating special effects for Friday the 13th Part 3: 3D.
He has continually worked in special effects and make-up for the past 20 years in various forms. Since Dances With Wolves, he has had a close link to Kevin Costner, becoming his personal make-up artist for his movies, most recently in Rumor Has It... and Mr. Brooks.
