Biography: "Corey Parker began his acting career in a toy commercial when he was just four years old. At thirteen, he auditioned for and was accepted into the famed High School of Performing Arts, where he graduated with honors.

As a young theater actor, Parker worked with some of the industry's finest including playwright Horton Foote and director Billy Hopkins. He made his feature film debut in Biloxi Blues with Mathew Broderick and soon after flew to Toronto to work with Sophia Loren in the television movie, Courage. After moving to Los Angeles, Parker performed under the direction of Michael Lindsay-Hogg at the Mark Taper Theater in Nothing Sacred with Tom Hulce. Following that, he played the lead in the zany 20th Century Fox film, How I Got Into College with Lara Flynn Boyle.

Some of Parker's other television credits include: thirtysomething, where he played the young lover to Melanie Mayron; Eddie Dodd, opposite Treat Williams and the telefilms, Broadway Bound, with Anne Bancroft and Hume Cronyn, Destiny (The Elizabeth Taylor Story) and the Showtime original Mr. And Mrs. Loving with Lela Rochon and Tim Hutton. - Unofficial 'The Next Wave' Page
